Sales & Trades:⁃ I'll transfer the character after the payment is done.⁃ I may delay a bit to answer, please be patient!⁃ I work with invoices, but sometimes I'll request to the payment be sent by yourself. If that's the case, Paypal will convert to BRL.⁃ I'm OK with holds! But tell me how much time of hold please <3
- Usually for AB's I'll prioritize for without hold. Keep that in mind.⁃ No refunds I'm sorry.⁃ For Brazilians I can accept Pix as a payment option. But for Auctions, the BRL price needs to be the same as USD price convertion. - don't sell the character for more than you bought it, at least if you have paid art for them;- don't sell the character if you got them by trade, only if you have paid art for them as well.

General:⁃ All my characters are on ToyHouse, if you get a character from me and don't have a ToyHouse account, I can provide you a code or the character WILL stay at ToyHouse until you get an account. If you trade the character, PLEASE contact me.
⁃ Commercial Use: all my characters are OK for Commercial Use with permission. Please contact me for the permission, telling what you're going to work with the character. I don't ask for taxes for characters that were already paid real money for them. The only thing I ask is to give credits and keep in contact.
I'm asking that so I can know WHAT and WHERE my designs are going and being used for.
FOR COMMERCIAL CONTENT: I DON'T AGREE HAVING MY DESIGNS ASSOCIATED WITH - This goes by: pornography, heavy gore WITH centered hateful acts, hateful associations, gambling (casino). (FOR COMMERCIAL USE! I don't mind having personal NSFW content. This rule goes only for NSFW centered & monetized games, comics, animations etc.)
I don't mind Gore for Horror stuff etc, my point with Gore is when it's associated with hate.
If anything's confusing, feel free to contact me so I can be clearer and may edit this section!⁃ I'm OK with Redesigns that don't get too off with the original design. Contact me about any questions, if the character is way too off, you are free to use the off-version as an alt design/new character.⁃ For Custom Designs: I don't work on designing Kinsonas or something alike (100% based of other character or person), I don't feel comfortable working with this. Inspiration is OK I just like to have freedom to design something new!⁃ Do not delete the character from ToyHouse.

⁃ Uso Comercial: todos os meus personagens são OK para Uso Comercial com permissão. Por favor me contate para a permissão, me contando o que vai ser trabalhado com o personagem. Eu não cobro taxas por personagens que já foram comprados por dinheiro real. A única coisa que eu peço é que me dê créditos e mantenha contato.
